Self-Assessment

Perfect for sole traders, we will take care of preparing and submitting your tax return.

From just £250 +VAT (£300.00 inc VAT) per year or £22 +VAT (£26.40 inc VAT) per month (minimum 12 month commitment).

This includes your Self-Assessment Tax Return with one trade or property income type.

Additional trades or income charged at an extra £65 +VAT (£78.00 inc VAT) per year or £6.50 +VAT (£7.80 inc VAT) per month per trade.

We also offer means-tested Self-Assessment Tax Returns for low-income families for just £130 +VAT (£156.00 inc VAT) per annum*.

Joint Tax Return

If you and your spouse both need to submit a Self-Assessment Tax Return, we also offer a joint return service.

Get both returns for just £440 +VAT (£528.00 inc VAT) per year or £38 +VAT (£45.60 inc VAT) per month (minimum 12 month commitment).

This includes one trade or property income type on each return.

Additional trades or income charged at an extra £65 +VAT (£78.00 inc VAT) per year or £6.50 +VAT ( £7.80 inc VAT) per month per trade. 

Limited Company Accounts

We can prepare your Annual Abridged accounts from either manual (paper / spreadsheet) or computerised records that your business is required to submit to Companies House. 

We can also prepare and submit the full iXRBL tagged financial accounts, statements, CT600(s) and associated calculations that are required to be submitted to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for each trading period.

We can also talk through your accounts with you to ensure you fully understand the figures and your accounts.

Limited Company Accounts

We offer three tiers of service for Limited Companies: Basic, Essentials and Premium.

All tiers include the following:

  • Use of your own Company's online Xero or FreeAgent Portal
  • Preparation of Statutory Accounts as per Companies Act 2006.
  • Preparation and filing of abridged Annual accounts to Companies House.
  • Preparation and submission of company tax return (CT600), computations & financial statements to HMRC.
  • Preparation and submission of the Annual confirmation statement to Companies House.
  • Registered Office facility. (If required)
  • Ad-Hoc accountancy and tax advice. (Fair use applies) please note additional fees will apply for specialist tax or VAT advice.
  • Routine HMRC correspondence and question handling. Additional fees will apply to HMRC enquires.
  • One Director’s Self-Assessment Tax Return (per annum)
  • Quarterly update (in line with VAT quarter returns or Tax year Quarters if not Registered for VAT)

PAYE services cover 2no. employees. Additional employees are charged at £4.50 +VAT (£5.40 inc VAT) per month.

VAT services include quarterly VAT submissions.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is charged at an additional £9 +VAT (£10.80 inc VAT) per month for each tier.

Our Basic tier includes the services listed only. 

Just £90 +VAT (£108.00 inc VAT) per month

Essentials

Our Essentials tier include the listed services plus one of either PAYE or VAT services.

Just £115 +VAT (£138.00 inc VAT) per month
(minimum 12 month commitment)

Premium

Our Premium tier includes the listed services plus both PAYE and VAT services.

Just £130 +VAT (£156.00 inc VAT) per month

SME Edition

Our SME (Small or Medium Enterprise) tier includes the listed services plus Monthly Management accounting reporting as well as tailored specialist advice for your SME, payroll for up to (and including 5no. staff per calendar month) each with their own online payroll portal and holiday tracking, Cash Flow analysis, Goal Seek analysis and Budget Forecasting (Best/ Worst/ Status Quo) tailored to your specific business needs.  

Akin to having your own Financial Director and their expert reports.

On-Site Services

We also offer on-site services for businesses who would like us to work on their accounts at the business premises.

Company Closures

Closing of your company can be a difficult and confusing time, as such we can help you in the Dissolving of your Company / Preparation for the Liquidation of your company (please note that Liquidation of a Company must, by law, be carried out by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, as such we can put you in touch with a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner).

Dissolving, which includes:

  • De-registration for VAT
  • Preparing and filing of final VAT return
  • Confirmation of closure of VAT scheme
  • De-registration of PAYE scheme
  • Preparing and filing final PAYE payroll, RTI and P45
  • Confirmation of closure with HMRC for PAYE
  • Updating bookkeeping records and accounts for closure
  • Preparation of final accounts and CT600(s) for HMRC and Companies House.
  • Dealing with HMRC on closure of Company and Taxes (Corp tax)
  • Advice on extraction of funds from Company

  • Preparing and filing final PAYE payroll, RTI and P45
  • Confirmation of closure with HMRC for PAYE
  • Updating bookkeeping records and accounts for closure
  • Preparation of final accounts and CT600(s) for HMRC and Companies House.
  • Dealing with HMRC on closure of Company and Taxes (Corp tax)
  • Advice on estimated final extraction of funds from Company
  • Projections on Personal Tax involved in Capital Distributions made from company
  • Advice on Entrepreneurs Relief
  • Advice on Personal Tax Return and any relevant reliefs
  • Ad hoc advice throughout the whole process
  • Full handover to chosen liquidator

Company Formations

Trust us to help you to set up your Limited Company. This includes:

  • Checking company name is available
  • Set-up and registration of your company
  • Advice on shareholdings
  • Advice on ownership and initial setup
  • Electronic copies of: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • VAT registration (if required)
  • PAYE registration (if required)
  • Setting up of HMRC online portal for Corporation Tax, VAT (if required) and PAYE (if required)
  • Use of registered office address for your 1st year (if required)

All for a one-off cost of just £105 +VAT (£126.00 inc VAT)

Dormant or Non-Trading Accounts

We can help you to take care of the accounts and annual submissions for dormant or non-trading businesses.

Dormant Accounts (£55.00 +VAT pcm (£66.00 inc VAT))

The client stores and maintains their records on their own system/ spreadsheet/ paid for accounting package.

Includes:

  • Preparation of Statutory Accounts as per Companies Act 2006.
  • Preparation and filing of abridged Annual accounts to Companies House.
  • Preparation and submission of company tax return (CT600), computations & financial statements to HMRC.
  • Preparation and submission of the Annual confirmation statement to Companies House.
  • Registered Office facility. (If required)

Non-Trading Accounts Service (£80.00 +VAT pcm (£96.00 inc VAT))

As above with,

  • Monthly 'nil' PAYE submissions (to keep your PAYE account open at HMRC)
  • Quarterly VAT returns (if required). 
  • Plus access to your own online portal (Xero or FreeAgent) to keep your accounts up to date.
