Hi, I'm Dave
I head up the team at Agent Armour Accounts Limited and I am an AAT Licensed Accountant and Fellow Member of the AAT, with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
At Agent Armour Accounts Ltd we pride ourselves on offering professional accounting services and advice to Companies (and their owners), Sole traders, start-ups, contractors and SME’s at reasonable and affordable prices, whilst maintaining a friendly and warm family centric approach to you and your business dealings.
We work with business owners, from Sole traders running in their spare room to Contractors to Directors of SME’s with their own premises and staff, all of which we understand all too well that they very are busy people with lots of priorities, none of which are likely to be the paperwork, tax legislation or accounting side of things. Therefore, our goal is to make your accounting as easy, jargon free and intuitive as possible, giving you (and your team) the time to focus your time and efforts on the more pressing matters of running and growing your business.

I’m part of the team at Agent Armour Accounts Limited, supporting clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping and helping bring clarity to their accounts.
At Agent Armour Accounts Ltd we pride ourselves on offering professional accounting support to Companies, Sole traders, start-ups and SME’s, while keeping everything straightforward and easy to understand.
A big part of my role is taking paperwork that feels overwhelming and turning it into something organised and manageable. Whether it arrives neatly or as a pile of receipts, I enjoy bringing it all together into something clear and usable.
We work with busy business owners who don’t have the time to stay on top of paperwork. My focus is making sure everything is in order, processed properly, and easy for them to understand.
If there’s one piece of advice I’d give, it’s to keep your books in order. It makes everything else much simpler and far less stressful.
I’m particularly proud of my ability to work through the detail and get things organised properly, especially after moving into accounting from a completely different background and passing my exams.

At Agent Armour Accounts Ltd we pride ourselves on offering professional accounting support to Companies, Sole traders, start-ups and SME’s, while keeping things straightforward, practical and easy to manage.
A big part of my role is helping businesses get their systems set up properly. In a fast-changing world, especially with Making Tax Digital, having the right software and processes in place makes a real difference to how smoothly everything runs.
We work with busy business owners who don’t have the time to worry about systems, processes or the detail behind their numbers. That’s where we step in, making sure everything is accurate, organised and working as it should.
If there’s one piece of advice I’d give any business owner, it’s this: cash is king. A business can look profitable on paper, but without cash in the bank, it can quickly run into trouble.
